Nature and Purpose:
This role in the Avnet Salesforce CoE reports into the Salesforce Programme Manager to support the development of the Avnet Global Salesforce systems. This includes effective maintenance of the system, user adoption and experience and development of efficient CRM processes and tools. The job holder will work across all business units to support the effective development of Salesforce Tableau CRM globally. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce objects and data structures. They will especially have an excellent understanding of Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) platform
Accountabilities with Key Outcomes: Describe essential accountabilities the job performs and key outcomes. Accountabilities should be listed (max of 8) in order of importance.
Design, build, and support Tableau CRM apps, datasets, dataflows, lenses, recipes, and dashboards using Salesforce and non-Salesforce Database sources
Review and deliver CRM system functionality developments, change requests and user enhancements identified by 1st line CRM system support and pro-active discussions with key stakeholders
Create and document business requirements by working together with users of all levels including stakeholders in the development of program enhancements and changes including staff, outside consultants and suppliers as needed.
Responsible for the roll-out of Salesforce analytics dashboards to new functions along with stakeholder management, training development and delivery of training.
Supporting the testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual testing. Assess impacts and align and approve change requests through the global governance process.
Data integration and ability to bring in data into analytics and build datasets.
Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management.
Provide best practices direction and implement approaches for content governance, processes, version control and UI consistency within Tableau CRM Einstein Analytics
Responsible for driving end user engagement and adoption through training and outbound communications

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Salesforce.com
Certified Einstein CRM Analytics Developer
Strong Analytical skills
Foundation understanding of VBA, SAQL and JSON
Strong planning and organizational skills, able to cope with multiple projects and reliably hit deadlines.
Strong creative outlook and ability to translate creative ideas into clear briefs.
Good commercial awareness and ROI/analytical approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Financial Force experience
Experience of the electronics / technology / consumer goods market
Previous experience of working with Databases
