Process Brief Process is about Creating Securities in AXA IM system and performing characteristic
control. Alongwithsecuritycreation the process involves setting up of Benchmarks
on portfolios and creationof index in AXA IM systemsShift timings 6:00 AM to 4:00 AM. ( any 8.5 hours betweenthe mentioned shift timings)
Key Accountabilities (4-8 key responsibilities describing what , “how” and “why” )
Process is about Setting up securities in AXA IM systems.
Performing price and characteristic controls to ensure security details updated in system are
consistent and accurate
Setting up of Benchmark on AXA IM portfolios to measurefund performance.
Creation of Indexes in AXA IM systems. Performcontrols to ensure correct index details are
updated.
Provide support to Process Lead(s) in BAU activites
Other the core processing, additional Key responsibilities broadlyinclude:
o Ensure that all the requirements are completedon a timely basis with the greatest
attention to detail
o Perform Quality check / Review, if required o Provide training to new joiners, if required
o Provide floor supportto newlytrained members of the team
o Support PL in Maintaining/updating different MIS – volume trackers, teamutilisation,
daily work trackers etc.
o Maintain query log – look for ways to improve productivity by analysing issues to feed
back into the production process
o Identify & implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency
o Keep abreast of the latest updates within the process
o Analyzing & documentingself-internal errors
o Adherence to policies and procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Requirements Education/Qualifications
• Educated to University Level, Graduate / Post Graduate in commerce or business administration.
• Basic knowledge of SQL desireable
Experience
• 2-3 years of working experience preferably in Credit Ratings, MutualFund/Financial or shared
Services industry,having exposureto brokerage back-offices & knowledgeaboutvarioussecutiy
types
Knowledge and Skills
• Good knowledge of a range of products, including, Bonds,Equities, FX, Derivativesand Mutual
Funds.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of Bloomberg • IT articulate
• Strong logical reasoning and problemsolving skills, excellentcommunicationskills,commercially
orientated and the ability to plan & prioritise one’s tasks
• Rigorous attentionto detail
• Very good Knowledge of MicrosoftWindows
• Strong exposure of MS Excel, Word & Powerpointis required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Specific position related experience/skills:
1. Expertise in Data Management
• Develops thoroughknowledgeand the cross sectionof families of data (definitions,modeling of
financial instruments in base, specificities of the suppliers of data,business rules etc.)
• Develops thoroughknowledgeand cross-sectional datamodels implemented in data management, a
applications (features, controls,etc.)
• Develop a thoroughknowledge of the flow of data and thelife cycle of each data.
2. Analysis and Quality Control
• Develops methods of analysis while maintaining quality of the data.
• Manipulate the existing quality indicators, andcreate new ones where appropriate.
• Operate the quality checks defined in the Data ManagementControlPolicy.
• Follow the flow providersin collaborationwith team’s technology, andcommunicate on the potential
problems of quality,deadlines for delivery of the data.
• Ensure that the data meets the standards definedin the Data Management Corporate Policy (including
the procedure for amendment of the data).
3. Support for Customers
• Responding in a reactive manner, efficient and detailedto supportrequests fromclients (requestsfor
information, verification,extractions etc.).
• Ensure, in collaboration with the other members of the team, the continuityof the service is as per
required timelines defined by themanagerand according to the needs of clients.
• Ensure the delivery of the ad hoc reports (closing reports,cut-off reports etc.) according to theagreed
format and deadlines
