What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Deliver analysis, diagnosis and presentation of people metrics that measure performance and effectiveness of the business and managers, including the development of new reporting
- Serve as a HR measurement subject matter expert and provide support and education to the HR Business Partner community.
- Partner with the Global Head of HR Governance, Risk and Audit in high priority effort of implementing HR data governance standards and documentation.
- Provide consultation support to global teams/stakeholders to gather requirements and implement/improve reporting/visualization solutions. Work with clients and delivery partners to help define and deliver high impact solutions based on Oracle platforms.
- Serve as Workstream Lead for myHR Analytics (Oracle Fusionโs workforce analytics tool). Collaborate with our IT team to recommend and implement various system enhancements/new solutions, with a focus on scalability, integrity, performance, availability, security, monitoring and troubleshooting of core DB clusters

Weโre looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: manage projects, maintain data governance and communicate to a variety of audience (HR, Finance, C-Level, Business Managers…)
- People analytics advisor: strong business acumen and ability to form an opinion based on both human capital metrics and data about the business
- Ability to communicate and translate business challenges into data problems, and share the insights and recommendation dictated to stakeholders.
- Recognize relevant data and determine supporting data required to further explore a question or situation
- Project Management in a matricial, international and multicultural environment:
- Drive and maintain multiple projects
- Develop change management plans and measure impact
- Drive implementation and adoption
- Data Governance: formulate and maintain proper HR data stewardship across people analytics
- Knowledge of best practices in HR data governance, HR Analytics/Reporting
- Knowledge of legal and technological rules and principles particularly regarding data use and storage.
Must have:
- 5-7 years Metrics-based role, preferably in Human Resources
- Background on HR data management and data visualization
- Knowledge of tools like Fusion Analytics Wharehousse (FAW), Qlikview or PowerBI
- Knowledge of HRIS Platforms like Oracle Fusion HCM will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of HR Processes: workforce administration is a must, recruitment and talent will be an advantage
