Hybrid mode(Hybrid – 2 days WFO)
Key skills Required : ( experience in python ,big data- Pyspark, Machine Learning, Data Manipulation and Analysis, Data Visualisation, Deep Learning SQL, Clustering, Regression, Classification, AI/ML,Pandas)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops, codes software programs, implements industry standard auto ML models Statistical models, relevant ML models (devices/machine acquired data), AI models and algorithms.
• Analyze, review and track trends and tools in Data Science, Machine Learning, Augmented Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence
• Interacts with Cross functional teams to identify questions and issues for data engineering, ML models feature engineering.
• Identifies meaningful foresights based on predictive ML models from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates foresights, insights and findings from experiments to product managers, service managers, business partners and business managers.
• Recommends research and experiments (e.g. for various ML models) on customer specific data to come out with foresights and insights to solve customer specific business problems and bring efficiencies in customer specific business processes
• Evaluate and make recommendations to evolve data collection to improve efficacy of ML models prediction.
• Evaluate and define new data to collect for products or services under consideration for development or in development cycle based on experiments and feature engineering results and needs
• Leads and develop Data Scientists within the team
• Meet with stakeholders – present findings, predictions, foresights; Gather customer specific requirements of business problems/processes; Identify data collection constraints and alternatives for implementation of predictive models.
• Knowledge of Statistical method – Analyze data using statistical methods
• Machine Learning model implementation experience on one or more of – Classification models
• Knowledge or working experience of Artificial Intelligence systems on one or more Case-based reasoning systems, rule-based systems, artificial neural networks, cellular automata, fuzzy models, genetic algorithms, multi-agent systems, reinforced learning, hybrid systems.
• Working knowledge of Data engineering – Big Data, Hadoop, Cassandra, Spark R, RDBMS DB SQL, N-SQL DB, Big-Query, Documents stores etc. Hands-on experience preferred
• Experience with Data Science tools such as Python. Experience with Visualisation Tools such as Tableau, D3.js
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal and oral presentation skills as well as ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, managers, clients, partners, data scientists, architects and customers. Comfortable with presenting to senior management and CxO level executives
• Self-motivated and self-starter with high degree of work ethic with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires multi-tasking capabilities and implement high priority initiatives
