Job Location: Delhi / NCR
Roles and Responsibilities
> Understand the data as per questionnaire.
> Quality Checking of online surveys(survey testing – Decipher, Qualtrics, confirmit) to ensure requirements are adhered to by the book.
> Data validation(RDG and soft launch) based upon the specification provided by the client
> Process various kind(validation, merging, transformation, recoding) of data files as per client needs.
> Use various data transformation techniques in meeting client needs (stacking, de-rotation).
> Ownership of the assigned project and deliver quality Output.
> Build automation(SQL, SPSS, VBA) where possible in improving efficiency of client deliveries.
> Proactive communication(over e-mails) with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 2 – 6 years of experience in market research environment, data processing, data quality
2. Good knowledge & working experience of SPSS, Excel and Quantum.
3. Candidates should have good communication skills.
4. Strong logical reasoning skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

8. Rotational shift work, including night shifts
