WHAT YOU’LL DO
Independently assume responsibility for providing support, training, and customer service to users of the Visier Talent Acquisition platform, serving as a primary contact for internal customers. Prepare ad hoc analyses of recruiting data to support Recruiting teams across the globe in response to requests from internal customers.
- Support and Training: Independently provide support, answer internal customer questions and resolve and escalate issues related to Visier
- Primary point of contact for user questions regarding Visier; diagnose and resolve issues independently; escalating tricky situations to recruiting leaders and Visier product team
- Build collaborative relationships with customers to ensure continuous feedback on Visier and identifying opportunities for enhancements
- Develop and maintain a detailed level of familiarity with Visier through attendance of sprint reviews, participation in team product meetings, and independent review of product documentation.
- Ownership of new user orientation to Visier including establishing and maintaining security access rights, maintaining and updating all training materials and leading training sessions with new users
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Independently perform ad hoc recruiting data analysis to support local, regional and global initiatives as requested
- Gather information from stakeholders about ad hoc data requests to understand details of request and business needs. Drive requestor to standard reporting when applicable
- With minimal guidance, apply knowledge of recruiting data to determine methodology needed to complete requested ad hoc analysis
- Independently execute ad hoc analysis in the appropriate reporting or BI tools (eg: Visier, Alteryx, Tableau). Fully test and validate work to ensure accuracy.
- Visier Enhancements: Perform maintenance and enhancement work on existing Visier reports available to end users
- Implement changes to formatting, filtering, and user experience
- Add new views to existing reports to improve the accessibility of recruiting data to the business.

ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Business Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, HR, Economics degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an analyst, business intelligence, or business systems analyst role
- People Analytics/Workforce planning experience preferred
- Visier experience preferred
- Experience providing systems support, managing users, and developing training documentation preferred
- Experience working with people data and systems preferred
- Experience working with in professional services setting preferred
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytic and critical thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to use complex and interrelated data to generate insights
- Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability working with data analysis and business intelligence tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative on multi-faceted projects/responsibilities
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors in a fast paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
