Job Description

:

    Claims data Analysis :

    Monitoring claim trends for developing and deploying new strategies to manage claim settlement.
    Oversees and conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed claims decisions. Need to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize work, and remain functional under pressure, and aggressive timelines.
    Work collaboratively with a diverse team of operation, finance ,HR ,IT for data analysts/scientists, business insight analysts.
    Analytics related to claims/Dashboard reporting/Presentation Department/Content writing/Framework preparation
    Projection / Budget calculations for the AOP/LRP
    Department audits. Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide ongoing reports and insights there of
    Filter and “clean” data by reviewing BO reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct the problems
    Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
    Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key decisions.
    Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualization and communication deliverables.
    Prepare customized reports as per the business requirements, Coordinate with the IT MIS team for data reports.
    Monitor and data management for Claim legal
    Providing MIS reports as per requirement
    Coordinate with the Finance team for financial Reconciliation
    Coordination with HR for Manpower reconciliation
    To share all data support for audit compliances
    Coordination with Internal MIS/IT team for BO template and all reports data
    Review the MIS on an on-going basis for claims closure, claim size and settlement ratio for the allocated region
    Ensure that all regional team members follow the TAT
    Coordination with IT for NL report and IRDA submission

    Increase in Scope and Criticality:

    Coordination for all data migration from OPUS and FA/Maximus
    Coordination with IT /MIS for new reports formats and handling data and report from both system.
    Handling data support for 9 verticals in TAT.
    Mapping of all old and new fields from OPSU and FA/Maximus for BO reports
    Preparation of new template for BO reports form new system

Audit and Compliance:

    Coordinate with audit team to provide all data pertaining to systems for claims legal team
    Align with compliance metrics by conducting periodic checks and reviews of internal TP module and reports
    Collaborate with the IT Team to fix observations given by auditors on the module
    Share IRDA regulatory reports as per the timelines

    Data Maintenance & Reporting:
    Collaborate with Execution and approval teams to maintain the accuracy of data entered in the system
    Share Claim payment status, claim growth analysis reports monthly.
    Ensure complete and clear documentation of all claims cases for the region by coordinating with Operations & Non Motor team
    Share the case investigation reports with all relevant team members in the location as well as with external advocates
    Supply the regional teams and advocates with pertinent documentation required for appeal cases i. e. high court matters
    Data migration and coordination with two system OPUS and Maximus/FA

    Relationship Management:
    Coordinate with the internal accounts team to ensure timely payments as well as accuracy of data & records maintained

    Team Management and Development
    Provide recommendations to Team Members w.r.t. cases and guide them as and when required.
    Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team
    Engage with the team in a timely manner to understand the bottlenecks and the support their need.

:
