- Resolve queries with 100% accuracy raised by company employees
- Query resolution to be done via Inbound/Outbound calls and Web Chat
- Adhere to campaigns by stakeholders via Inbound/Outbound calls or Web Chat
- Productivity & Quality of work to be maintained
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, (Any additional language will be good preferred)
- Skills- MS Excel (basic)
- ComputerSkills (basic)
- Comfortableto work in Inbound/Outbound Calling & Chat (HR related queries)
- Sixdays working in a week
