The IT Compliance Analyst works collaboratively within a team to support the Industrial Asset Management (IAM) product in the development and implementation of strategic goals that drive compliance with various IT controls (e.g., NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC2, ISA 62443) associated to regulatory, statutory, company or contractual obligations.
As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will:
- Support the Industrial Asset Management (IAM) product full-time; assist in the compliance requirements of the platform working towards industry standards and SOC2
- Provide advisory, insight, and review/analysis to ensure IAM projects/products have controls embedded and are compliant with SOC2 and ISA 62443
- Lead portions of compliance programs and act as a central point of contact and subject matter expert to ensure appropriate controls for product security are in place
- Provide oversight and guidance for periodic control reviews to ensure compliance with information security policies and established security controls
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Industrial Asset Management product owners as it relates to walkthroughs/testing, assessments, and deficiency evaluation of IT controls (e.g., Data Privacy, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC2, ISA 62443)
- Develop metrics and compliance dashboards to monitor and measure the effectiveness of security controls, and communicate progress in reducing risk
- Deliver timely and concise communication, including developing and producing management reports, illustrating status, trends, and action plans
- Educate Business Product and Information Technology control owners by leading training sessions and focus sessions to demonstrate compliance requirements and share hot topics
Fuel your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and a minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- Have Industrial Automation and Control System (IACS) experience
- Have ISA 62443 or Purdue exposure/understanding
- Have a good understanding Archer
- Have products deployment or associated compliance experience
- Have products/IACS risk assessments
