Primary Purpose of the Position
This role is responsible for supporting the IBP Strategy & Analytics Manager with documentation and related functions for all IBP processes & KPI alignment through good practice benchmarking and collaborative sharing.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Responsible for accurate documentation utilizing the Ball INS process templates and to support the effort to have written processes and KPIโs for all functions performed by IBP, to include but not limited to: RACI by function and by Organization, standard work, clearly defined onboarding process by job function. This person will be responsible to setting and documenting conversations with key stakeholders regarding the various functions within the IBP. Having a strong supply chain background and knowledge of the industry will enable clearly and accurately documented processes.
- Document how internal processes connect with external ones and leveraging existing expertise of the industry, manufacturing practices, supply chain to help document and accurately flow out the current state business practices. This may include but not limited to: customer interactions, collaborative matrix by customer, serviceability metrics, DMR/PHRED metrics, Inventory Health, OTIF, minimizing redundancies. Utilizing best in class business documentation techniques will help expedite this work and help to identify next phase process improvements.
- Support critical global initiatives and projects as necessary. Ensure that the BPNCA IBP process, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and align to the global strategy. This will require strong cross regional collaboration, best in practice process development skills.
- Help accelerate the pace at which the IBP BPNCA team is able to achieve a fully-documented process structure.
- May be responsible for publishing agreed upon KPIโs once developed with NCA.
- Responsible to help consolidate information and supporting the manager with data and creation of slides for IBP quarterly town halls.
- Help consistently document and publish various aspects of the approved long-term strategy for IBP. Help document, support and publish through the Ball INS framework as necessary, regarding but not limited to: comprehensive 3- and 5-year plans that may include but not be limited to IT functionality, 3rd party RFPโs, cross-functional participation to align all strategic values and provide clear direction down to individual contributor positions for execution.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the IBP Share Point with approved and finalized process documentation and standard work.
Position Requirement & Competencies:
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work-related experience required
- Minimum 3 yearsโ relevant work experience
- Experience with process documentation
- Proficient to advanced level with tools such as, but not limited to: Visio, Excel, SharePoint.
- Must possess very strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Salary Range: $60,900 – $91,080 (Salary to be determined by the applicantโs education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
