Job Description
- Serve as a Storage liaison to a line of business/CTO
- Contribute to and ensure reporting is accurate for scope of work
- Ensure proper change requests are coordinated, generated and approved for scheduled operations
- Serve as primary point of contact for a line of business for migration operations
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact to coordinate and manage Storage tasks and operations for a line of business including migrations and refresh tasks
- Prioritize and schedule tasks with Storage technical leads according to business availability
- Understand technical aspects of Storage and manage communications and discussions surrounding Storage operations
Education – Bachelors
Certifications – NA
Experience Range – 4 To 6 Years
Mandatory skills – PMO, project management, storage
- About 3 years of experience working with storage and technical systems
- Experience in project management and operational coordination
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, with the ability to create options and solutions in order to accomplish targeted deliverables
- Expertise in management reporting, business intelligence tools, ticketing software
- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills are a must
- Good to have knowledge in SAN/NAS technologies

- Excel, PowerPoint
- Storage knowledge good to have
Work Timings – 5.30PM to 2.30AM (Candidate needs to flexible working for rotational shifts)
