As a Barclays Business Analyst within Fraud Technology Transaction Cycle, you will be supporting the Product Owners in day-to-day product management, engaging with business stakeholders to drive the requirements, supporting the wider team in the deliveries, risk management and governance processes to produce the best outcomes to our customers and bank.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting Product Owners with day-to-day deliveries by collating business requirements
- Acting as a link between wider team and business in obtaining the new demand details
- Analyzing the business needs and priorities to build better products
- Managing relationships with various business stakeholders and engineers and upstream and downstream product teams
- Supporting Delivery Team and Product Owners with management of risk stories and Business Outcomes in Lean Control Tool
- Participating in product development and platform enhancements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a fast-changing challenging environment across various virtual teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver a clear message to a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills and sound knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Innovative and creative thinking
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Customer-focused and highly proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Agile Certifications will be good to have
- Ability to simplify the detailed project and process information in order to effectively communicate technical information verbally and in writing
- Excellent facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups and liaise between stakeholders and technical teams
