What will you be doing?
- Developing Data Analytical solutions on Sales, Trading and Customer relationship management (CRM) data points of an Investment Bank.
- Developing an understanding on data warehousing and fast data retrieval design and techniques
- Using data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau to design advance analytics solutions Sales and research BI problems.
- Working on an Agile software development framework with multiple teams (like – Product Management, QA, UX Design etc)
- Owning/running with release tasks & collaborates with release management & BA/QA teams to ensure production releases are performed high levels accuracy
- Working closely with the Barclays Client strategy and Business management groups
- Providing data insights using NLP and other machine learning techniques on structured and unstructured data sets using Python/R
What we’re looking for:
- Work with the Product owner and Scrum Leads to execute the agile sprints
- Able to apply his/her analytical skills to solve for new business challenges and also ensure enhancements to existing reporting solutions
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Experience in modern data analytics platforms. Expertise with BI tools like Business Intelligence Technologies – Qlik, Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of Data warehousing principles. Experience on standard databases like SQL Server, along with experience with dev-ops tools, GIT, JIRA.
- Ability to manage own stream of work. Clear & concise verbal and written communication skills. Have a collaborative team-work approach and analytical with a structured approach
