The IAM Integration team within Global Information Security facilitates the end-to-end process of onboarding applications into REQUEST (entitlements system) and OneCert (recertification engine).
This role is for an Integration Analyst within the Identity and Access Management domain at an Technical Analyst level. As part of the Integration team, the member, shall possess technical and functional knowledge in IAM products (OIM, OIA and similar) and will be responsible for working with key project stakeholders globally to facilitate the integration process with Request and /or Onecert. The member will also ensure smooth delivery on the various simultaneous integrations by managing them as individual projects.
What will you be doing?
- Technical Skillsets:
- Strong Identity and Access Management domain knowledge and exposure to various Identity Management administration toolsets (e.g, OIM, Sailpoint etc)
- Understanding of OIM Core components like provisioning process, reconciliation, approval process, Segregation of Duty, Adaptor factory.
- Understanding of Identity lifecycle, authorization, account management and administration.
- Sound knowledge on administration and Support of IAM Applications and related toolsets and strong in troubleshooting and RCA.
- Project Management:
- Responsible for ensuring all project due dates are observed and kept on track. Responsible for working closely with Business Analysts (On-boarding BA Team) for understanding requirements to delivery of the Onboarding project.
- Responsible for Project planning, Resource allocation and delivery.
- Responsible for project tracking and reporting key metrics to Senior Management.
- Participate and deliver on identity management projects requiring OIM workflow implementation and SOD Configuration.
- Perform run-the-bank activities, managing BAU integration and amendment requirements.
- Represent the team in project discussions with internal & external stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage timeline / prioritization expectations effectively with stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring all project due dates are observed and kept on track. Responsible for working closely with Business Analysts (On-boarding BA Team) for understanding requirements to delivery of the Onboarding project.
- Requirement gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and project teams to analyze and evaluate Business requirements.
- Conceptualize workflow design following best practice and standards and provide innovative solutions to mitigate workflow process challenges.
- Assist BAs in presenting complex solutions to stakeholders where appropriate
- Build end to end Application access request workflows
- Configure applications in the enterprise-wide recertification system
- Configure and maintain Segregation of Duties rules
- Work with the Development team and co-ordinate on change requests required for complex SOD rules configuration
- Review and analyze complex business requirements and provide innovative /out of the box solutions ensuring compliance with system specifications and GIS/IAM standards,
- Proactively review existing controls and processes and provide recommendation to Business Analysts and IT teams for improved IDM controls
- Apply learning’s across various applications
- Documentation:
- Being able to document new requirements and operational processes catering to both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Document detailed technical processes and procedures.
- Delivery:
- Responsible for individual and team deliverables.
- Facilitating user acceptance testing, tracking and progressing sign-off and hand-holding first time transactions.
- Business Process Management: SME for the Onboarding and Integration process and responsible for the team adopting the process and running it on a BAU basis in line with required standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise level IT systems (relevant in IAM, IT Security) and Degree in Engineering with majors in Computer or related discipline from a reputed/top tier institute.
- Expert level knowledge of IAM products (OIM, Sailpoint etc). Proficient in SQL Queries (Oracle and MS SQL) and in-depth knowledge in IT Service Management, ITIL Certification is added advantage.
- High level knowledge of various IT technologies Active Directory, Unix and LDAP.
- Thorough understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape
- Oracle Identity Analytics knowledge is an added advantage.
- Excellent oral communication, written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, ability to think laterally and to have input to / propose detailed, complex solutions to technical issues and self-starter and highly motivated.
- Excellent team player and able to work alone or with others
- Demonstrated Business and functional analysis skills
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Hands on Experience in IAM technologies, such as OIM, Sailpoint with workflow design, implementations and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in Managing Agreed SLA with Stake Holders on Request Queue.
- Proven experience in Managing Incident Queue.
- Strong analytical and investigation skills. Ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure and time critical environment
- Hands on experience on end to end Ownership of any incident reported up to stakeholder management
- Proven experience of managing for large scale of Integration in the system.
- Familiar with Information Security, Risk and ITIL concepts
- An excellent understanding of and strong desire to provide excellent customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiast and motivated
