- The Request Onboarding team facilitates the end-to-end process of onboarding applications into REQUEST (entitlements system) and Onecert (recertification engine).
- This role is for a Business Analyst (BA) within the Identity and Access Management domain at an Analyst level. As a member of the Onboarding team, the BA will be responsible for working with key project stakeholders globally to facilitate the integration process with Request and /or Onecert. The BA will also ensure smooth delivery on the various simultaneous integrations by managing them as individual projects.
What will you be doing?
- Project Management:
- Responsible for ensuring all project due dates are observed and kept on track. Responsible for working closely with application teams and Business Stake holders from requirements gathering to delivery of the Onboarding project.
- Requirement gathering & Analysis:
- Conduct meetings and workshops to gather and understand stakeholders requirements
- Review and analyze complex business requirements and provide innovative /out of the box solutions ensuring compliance with system specifications and GIS standards,
- Proactively review existing controls and processes and provide recommendation to Business and IT teams for improved IDM controls
- Apply learning’s across various applications
- Documentation: Ensure relevant documentation and sign-off requirements are fulfilled
- Delivery: Facilitating user acceptance testing, tracking and progressing sign-off and hand-holding first time transactions.
- Business Process Management: SME for the Onboarding process and responsible for the team adopting the process and running it on a BAU basis in line with required standards
What we’re looking for:
- A significant number of years of experience in enterprise level IT systems (preferably within IT Security / Identity and Access Management)
- Demonstrated Business and functional analysis skills
- Proven experience in gathering requirements from project stakeholders who are in multiple global locations
- Prior experience in customer facing roles and a strong desire to constantly improve customer experience
Skills Required
- MS Excel / Word/ PowerPoint – Advanced
- Visio – Intermediate
- SQL – Intermediate
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Degree in business, engineering, science or other numerate discipline.
- Strong Identity Management (IDM) domain knowledge and exposure to working with market leading identity management toolsets (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, etc.)
- Demonstrated business analysis and project management skills
- Strong problem solving skills, detail orientated, quick to recognize issues and recommend timely solutions
- Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking and organization skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Self sufficient and motivated
- Must be proactive and able to respond to rapidly changing circumstances
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised, yet also within a peer/team structure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A good understanding of IT logic and concepts
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
