- Analyze customer behaviours, spend patterns, profiles, time series transactional data and any other data sources available to support the partnerโs business. Generate insightful analysis to drive recommendations to help the partner improve their business.
- Identify the economic factors and seasonality at different point of time and linking it with transactional data to explain the customer behaviour.
- Framing analytics and presenting them in a clear concise manner. Develop and run monthly reports to support partner business.
- Generating analytical insights that helps Partner business.
- Framing and presenting recommendations in concise manner.
- Understanding partner requirements and opportunity areas.
- Explore and leverage different data sources to help business.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical / statistical discipline required (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative).
- Strong knowledge of SAS, Python, Tableau, AWS tools and Excel.
- Good understanding of Py-Spark and SQL
- Significant years of analytical experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Good to have experience in Travel, Lifestyle and Hotel industry.
