Introduction:
The purpose of this role is to effectively execute a range of GTIS Service Delivery commercial activities, relating to vendor spend activity and efficiency, alongside compliance and governance frameworks. The role holder will ensure effective high quality standards, consistency, governance and best practice methodologies are developed and maintained.
The role requires that the individual has experience of successful commercial and financial management within multinational enterprise sized financial services firms. The ideal candidate should possess a collaborative style and exceptional relationship building and influencing skills in order to work closely with supporting teams.
What will you be doing?
- Support commercial management activities across the BX function. Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure data and information feeds support the requirements of BX.
- Act as a ‘Go To’ person for stakeholders (e.g. business leads, Sourcing, Finance), in relation to commercial management.
- Act in adherence to the existing contracts management governance processes across BX; support and develop process improvements.
- Ensure costs are in line with budget.
- Oversee contracts through the end-to-end process, from inception/renewal to payment, and maintain related files to support audit and tracking requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and general MI reporting skills
- An understanding of finance processes
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in commercial management at departmental level within a multinational enterprise sized financial services firm.
Skills that will help you in the role:
- The successful candidate should be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline ideally with a BA or honours degree with a proven track record of personal and professional achievements.
