Qualifications: BA in Business or Technical Discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum of 11-15 years of related experience. Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams and/or Power BI. Power Automate/Flow and process automation experience.

Position Description:
DPW IT Team is looking for a Business Solutions Specialist to provide data management solutions and business process workflow automation improvement utilizing SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other technology platforms. The level of work is generally considered intermediate. The applicant provides complex analysis to a broad spectrum of stakeholders to design, develop, and implement, business process & data management improvements using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint. This position also requires advanced analytical and problem-solving, independent, and critical thinking, strong written and oral communication abilities as well as teamwork skills that allow for the ability to build and work collaboratively within and across teams.
Creates new or converts existing solutions within the Microsoft Power Suite.
Identifies trends, performs research, gathers requirements, prepares written proposals, presents recommendations to department management, and develops solutions. Works with various business units in migrating files from the corporate file share to SharePoint Online. Works with various business units to design, update, rebuild, and deploy SharePoint.

- 11-15 yrs. Software Development Lifecycle experience-Required 11 Years
- 11-15 yrs. BA experience-Required 11 Years
- 11-15 yrs. requirements gathering and documentation-Required 11 Years
- 11-15 yrs. MS Office/PowerPoint experience-Required 11 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience-Required 15 Years
- Power Automate/Flow and process automation-Required 11 Years
- Experience with data migrations (traditional file shares) to SharePoint Online-Required 11 Years
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and use in automation, SharePoint API, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development experience-Required 11 Years
- Experience in data structure development (taxonomy) and assisting business units in the organization and classification of their data-Required 11 Years
