Responsibilities:

• - Advertisement -

  Develop research plans, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and risks

• Use PostGre SQL and object-oriented languages (e.g., Python, R) to write complex queries to connect EHR output and medical device data

• Develop healthcare utilization and outcomes measures

• Create heatmaps and geographic visualizations

• Communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• Collaborate with leaders and colleagues from numerous teams including Marketing, Clinical, Product design, and Software engineering

Education/Experience:

• Lead author of healthcare research in peer-reviewed journals

• Experience leveraging social determinants of health

• Deep understanding of EHR data structure

• Developing and scaling dashboards to share critical insights with healthcare leaders

• Working in a cloud environment (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Health outcomes, Engineering, Data Science or related field

• 2+ years of proven experience in data science or related field and project leadership
