Business Analyst – Job description
We are looking for a highly efficient, knowledgeable professional with expertise in Netsuite or a similar ERP software package. The position will be a key point of contact for all teams for queries on all software and systems at Be Home, Inc. The business analyst will be tasked to be the catalyst between the Be Home team and all the tools (software and hardware) that Be Home uses. The business analyst will be tasked to make the company more efficient and productive by enhancing current processes, suggesting new processes, researching new solutions, and implementing them for the team.
The perfect candidate is someone who can think theoretically and outside the box. Someone that has great comprehension and communication skills. Someone that easily learns new systems, understands them, help to customize them, look for new systems as the need arises, implements them, and trains the teams effectively. Essential Functions:
- The key point of contact for all teams for queries on all software and systems at Be Home, Inc.,
- Be the point of contact for all teams regarding customization of Netsuite (ERP) needs,
- Understand and master a wide array of software solutions being used by Be Home (including but not limited to NetSuite, Shopify, Woo-commerce, Klavyio, Loop returns, Ship station, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams) and answer queries for teams,
- Manage projects related to changes in existing software and new software implementation,
- Utilize existing and implement new project management tools,
- Research and evaluate existing processes to improve them,
- Research and evaluate new software, hardware solution, or new process that can help improve team efficiency or based on certain projects,
- Conduct in-person and remote team training as needed,
- Help manage and coordinate tools to help improve cross-functional collaboration,
- Develop ERP reporting or Excel-based reporting for team needs & analysis,
- Develop dashboards to provide project updates to various teams as part of customer service,
- Manage, own, and continue to develop the available Office365 products that are better suited for Be Home

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML, Java Script, Advanced Microsoft Excel with Macros and project management – will be beneficial for this position,
- Work experience in training multiple teams is preferred,
- Work experience in data analysis & advanced reporting is preferred,
- Ability to learn new systems/software quickly, train diverse teams with different knowledge levels and manage software customization projects,
- Ability to visualize how a particular software or change could help or impact other parts of the business or teams and recommend best course of action,
- Critical thinking and exceptional follow-up skills are needed to perform this job,
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and good attention to detail,
- A college degree is preferred, and work experience in multinational organizations is a plus.
Work location: Chandigarh or Delhi region, India (Remote till Covid-19 is declared endemic)
Work timing: 4 pm Indian time to 12:30 am Indian time
Preferred region: North India (Chandigarh/Delhi region) due to the company’s monthly/quarterly meetings.
