The Senior Business Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Developing pricing analysis capabilities, performance dashboard, Daily billing and monthly rev dashboard to enhance standard work, and deliver monthly MIS report for SWA commercial teams to inform and facilitate strategic initiatives.
This position is part of the Commercial Excellence located in any large metro of the country and will be Hybrid . At Beckman our vision is to relentlessly re-imagine Healthcare.
You will be a part of the commercial excellence and report to the Head Commercial Excellence- SWA responsible for developing pricing analysis capabilities, performance dashboard, Daily billing and monthly rev dashboard to enhance standard work, and deliver monthly MIS report for SWA commercial teams to inform and facilitate strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Become a subject matter expert in SWA data by learning and understanding the business, sourcing accurate data, and developing both prescriptive and predictive analytics to help identify and resolve business challenges.
Collaborate with business partners to identify, define, and develop key performance metrics that will power data-driven decision making to help us continuously improve.
Develop pricing analysis capabilities, performance dashboard, Daily billing and monthly rev dashboard to enhance standard work, and deliver monthly MIS report for SWA commercial teams to inform and facilitate strategic initiatives.
Ensure effective partnering with stakeholders on managing multiple data activities, while demonstrating flexibility and holistic thinking using a variety of tools and channels.
Review process and identify improvement opportunities across key daily data analytic activities such as pricing action tracking, monthly dashboard, etc
Build, maintain, and optimize analytical reports and dashboards by working with data sets from multiple sources (financial and operational) to deliver business insights.
Work independently and confidently handle time-sensitive requests.
Networking with other op-cos / region / business to learn their best practice and apply for SWA.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related work experience or Master’s degree with 1+ years of related work experience
Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
Familiar with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
Experience in designing business processes for organization and knowledge in excel to work on reports Experience of ERP (Oracle) and SFDC preferred .
Expected Travel Time: 10% of time spent on the visiting internal and external customers as needed
