General Description:
BeiGene is seeking a Business & Data Analyst to join the Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) team within Clinical Business Operations (CBO). This role will be responsible for leading ACE initiatives and maintaining Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) budgetary data and other CBO data. This role will follow a quality control process to ensure the frequent and accurate reporting of department metrics and project statuses. Cross functional outreach may be a component of this role.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Field escalated data issues needing process re-engineering
- Identify, log, and present CBO developed application bugs to developer constituents
- Document and update ACE process documents
- Create and maintain Excel and SmartSheet tools to facilitate workflow
- BEST estimate data analysis to verify accuracy and monitor changes
- Develop reports for and track CBO department metrics
- Act as project owner on ACE initiatives
- Maintain ACE project statuses and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
- Develop interim business solutions in Excel to facilitate CBO processes
- Facilitate and lead ACE team meetings
- Support in creation of ACE department training materials and train new employees
- Assist in preparation of data reports, training materials, business presentations, and other educational materials
Other Functions:
- Liaise between departments to offer streamlined process solutions
- Proactively coordinate execution of new process implementation
- Identify and define new process and application testing requirements
- Guide new process implementation through to Work Instruction creation and go-live
Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel user, Database/Data Warehouse experience preferred, Adobe, PowerBI, Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Smartsheets, One-Note
Other Qualifications: Strong communication and organization, strong data analysis, attention to detail, 60+ WPM typing, advanced in Excel, understanding of Agile principles, strong understanding of data modeling, business analysis, project management
