We are seeking a skilled data analyst to provide meaningful, actionable insights to operations teams and to inform the business decision-making process for senior management. We are looking for a creative team player who is excited about the opportunity to bring value-add to the organization. You will work closely with company leadership and have the opportunity to make a real difference in this high-impact role.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Mine data from a variety of primary and secondary sources
• Create production-ready KPIs and reports to provide actionable insights into core operational metrics
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise to determine business requirements for new analytics projects
• Maintain awareness of industry trends
• Proactively uncover opportunities to generate additional revenue or reduce costs through careful analysis of operational and financial data.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Degree in computer science or other relevant fields of study strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to turn data into information that informs business decisions. Expertise in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or other industry-standard BI toolsets. Proficient in one or more of the following: R, Python, SQL, Dax
• Proficient in working with APIs/JSON payloads
• Excellent data visualization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – You must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of technical skill levels in an effective manner
