What youll do:
The overallresponsibility will include the following:
- Willco-own business critical metrics and lead multi-functional projects usingadvanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that willguide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Heavydata crunching to build insights and recommendations and drive operationaldecision making.
- Developinginsightful analysis about business and their strategic and operationalimplications.
- Conceptuallycraft, execute and embed analysis that support strategy planning anddecision-making with external internal sources.
- Developstory lines, collect data/input, Analyze and make presentations.
- Leadall aspects of the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyzebusiness functions and key operations and performance metrics.
- Recruit,train, develop and preside over analyst-level employees. Ensure accuracy onwork of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Conductqualitative and quantitative studies in a structured way, suggesting areas ofimprovement and seeing opportunities / threats based on internal and externaldata sources, market trends and user behaviour in an effort to strengthenefficiency and provide strategic direction.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally3-5 years/5-8 years of business analytics experience.
- Handson experience in writing SQL queries and Excel must (should be using thisdaily)
- Handson experience with AWS Redshift/Google BigQuery, AWS QuickSight, Google DataStudio, Tableau, or other similar tools required
- Experienceof working with Google Analytics, CleverTap, MoEngage, Adjust, and othersimilar tools preferred
- Specialistin use of one or more of the statistical tools like R, SAS, VBA for datamanipulation and statistical analysis purposes.
- Strongproblem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. Specialist inmanipulating and analyzing mixed, high- volume, high-dimensionality data fromvarying sources.
- Exposureto statistical techniques like Predictive Modelling, Regression, ClusterAnalysis, Factor Analysis, hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis etc. wouldbe a plus.
- Excellentanalytical skills – ability to understand and interpret data within the contextof the business – solve problems and distil data into impactfulrecommendations.
- Goodability to plan and handle processes, people and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiencyin Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Meticulous.
Education:
- BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech in Co mputer Scien ce , Computer Engineering or equivalent orrelated technical field with MBA (preferred), (preferablyIITs / Ns / IIITs / BITs / IIM / FMS / ISB).
