Job Detail:
Purpose of the role:
The Business Analyst role will closely work with President
- To support the team by providing valuable business insights, to aid in making business decisions by tracking, monitoring and exploring business KPIs/metrics
- To manage short and medium term projects such as cost initiatives, new store performance tracking/ reporting, business modelling, competition tracking etc.
- To lead automation projects including MIS automation, creating dashboards of business review scorecards.
- To collaborate with internal teams and help improve retail store processes and systems
- To come to meaningful conclusions by processing, analyzing and interpreting large data sets and use the findings to solve business problems
- To create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Analyze all business KPIs on regular basis and give inputs aiding business decisions 2. Support on Monthly shareholder meeting on business performance creation of presentation/decks
3. Create smart dashboards for management to view in a glance
4. Maximize productivity of staff by process improvement ideas with business
5. Working knowledge in Tableau
