Job Description:
- Responsible for product demos/POC of all segments of platform and SPOC for al technical queries in the academics. •
- Responsible for creating content for different education levels (Higher Education, K-12 etc.) •
- Handle the technical aspect of all products in the academics. •
- Explore platform possibilities in uncharted segments. •
- High Analytical Skills. •
- Open to learning new software through Knowledge Transfer sessions and get a chance to work on cutting-edge projects. •
- Creative Thinker • Excellent communication skills (Both Written and Oral) •
- Basic understanding of the LMS ecosystem would be beneficial.
Pre-Sales activities
Job Highlights •
- Demonstrating product to large crowed and address to teaching fraternity and corporates •
- Preparing presentation and giving it to clients •
- Conducting Pilots/ on boarding sessions and executing them
- Creating content for different subjects and showcasing them to customer
- Customer support and post-sales support on content creation to the customer
Customer handover and training •
- Ensuring platform implementation and smooth handover to customer • Conducting training sessions with customer and ensuring a successful handover
