Work Experience :
0 – 2 years In IT/ITES technical support at L1/L2 level
Key Skills : Technical support , Product support , application support
Prior experience in communicating with Customers from European/American regions preferred.
(not open for fresh graduates)
Educational qualification:
Graduate Engineer BE, BTech, BSc-IT, MCA or equivalents ( **Computer Science/IT graduates only)
Technical Skills:
Linux OS System Administration
Networking – CCNA preferred
Database Administration MySQL
Possess expertise and special knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
Applicants must demonstrate:
1. Outstanding Communication skills and active listening . (this position requires applicants to have excellent English language skills)
a. Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
b. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, English fluency is MUST
c. Listening ability and patience

- Linux System Admin
- Networking CCNA (Preferred)
