We have a very intelligent full-time end to end Talent Acquisition – Human Resources day job based out of Gurgaon, India open at the moment.We are remote-working at the moment till pandemic tides over.A Technology background might come in handy here. Job Description
This open Hiring role in Human Resources is an intelligent opportunity – it involves extensive research, hiring around Sales, Technology, Non-Technology, Diversity, Social Sector, Not for Profit & Leadership roles.
-HR/Technology/Psychology graduates & post graduates do well in this role.
-Engineering background candidates wanting to make a career in HR/Talent Acquisition are welcome.
-Will involve client & candidate engagement, managing stakeholder relationships, also aiding Head/Founders with dashboards/reports/data analytics for the team.
-Excellent research skills, ability to scan/screen/interview candidates effectively, good knowledge of social media hiring & hiring tools mandatory.
-Role seeks swift, agile, quick learners, with good MS Office skills, good communication skills, a good heart to collaborate, process driven-ness, responsible with high initiative & ownership.
