Job Location: Vadodara
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to gather and analyse data from multiple sources (e.g., shareholders, sales or marketing teams, etc) to extract trends and business insights.
- To succeed in this role, person should be analytical and resourceful. Also, person should be an excellent communicator and able to tell the story behind raw data to non-technical staff.
- Prime goal will be to support the commercial team in analysing profitably and cost base and provide data to support business critical decisions.
- Pull and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., cost and claims or operational data).
- Evaluate and pre-process raw information.
- Delve into data to discover discrepancies and patterns.
- Build models that capture a wide range of nurseries operations.
- Present and explain information in an accessible way (e.g., budgeting reports).
- Suggest ways to both increase quality and reduce costs (e.g., improving operational processes).
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to implement and evaluate improvements.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft BI or Alteryx and strong modelling skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders of the business.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load.
