Position Purpose
Analyst primarily to Analyze, propose and help developing solutions as per convergence plan. Study evolutions in relation with the development and business analysis teams. Write and maintain documentation, SHAREPOINT.
Candidate should have hands on experience understanding legacy VBA macro codes and identify logic to deliver equivalent convergence solution for users in Enterprise applications. Preferable to have good understanding of DevOps platform and relevant applications usage at various stage of software lifecycle.
The programme requires an enthusiastic and committed individual; ideally having previous experience on Global markets/ Global Banking end to end Trade lifecycle and business workflow. The successful candidate will be part of Shadow IT team analyzing business processes to help IT in developing enhancements and utility based solution in order to get rid of Shadow IT applications for Bank.

Direct Responsibilities
- Delivering assigned task to do analysis as per priority, non-functional and functional requirements – in particular, ensuring deliveries meet adequate levels of users’ requirements and to report KPIs regularly to team & management.
- Liaison with other teams, for example, with Users, Production support teams & IT/BA teams etc.
- Leading by example: ensuring that own behaviour as Business Analyst exhibits the team’s values of dedication, commitment and transparency at all times and under all circumstances
- Documenting new functionalities and training user/support team as appropriate
Contributing Responsibilities
Promoting knowledge sharing within team members – taking active involvement in poker-sizing sessions with all concerned parties as and when required.

Technical:
- Microsoft Excel & VBA Macro programming (Intermediate) – Mandatory
