As part of TSG, the Enterprise Capacity Management, Data Centers & Operations team
Delivers the critical technology capacity that powers the Bank’s systems.
Provides industry-leading technologies for timely execution of mission critical processing and secures exchange of data with Clients .
Operates the Bank’s Global Data Centers 24x7x365 with highest service Resiliency and stability.
Assists with implementation and maintenance activities for system software and configurations. Responsible for reviewing new/modified file transmission requests. Installs, maintains, supports, and troubleshoots data center hardware, storage, and network components.Assists with implementation and maintenance activities for moderately complex computer system software and configurations.Assists more senior members of the team with installation, configuration, and development of utility programs and related distributed system software on multiple environments.Installs, supports, troubleshoots, and repairs data center equipment.Assists more senior members of the middleware team with the installation, configuration and development of middleware utility programs and related distributed system software on multiple mainframe/distributed hardware/software environments. Aids the middleware team in providing on-site and on-call support through analysis and research.Communicates both formally and informally with customers and end users.Contributes to the achievement of team objectives MODIFIED BASED UPON LOCAL REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required2 – 3 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
