    Job Location: Pune

    • Under significant direction, analyzes, reconciles, troubleshoots and reviews incoming and outgoing data to ensure accurate performance/output generated by organization technology products and solutions.
    • May contribute to data quality testing and begin to work with outside vendors.
    • Analyzes and monitors data/reports to ensure quality of and accurate transfer, integration, translation, and reporting of data, reacting promptly to data quality statistics and client inquiries.
    • Based on SOPs and/or documented process, executes low risk data fixes, resulting in improved performance or accuracy.
    • Executes test plans and ensures the quality and accurate delivery/transfer of test and production files.
    • Builds domain and product knowledge through assisting colleagues and frequent interaction with technology developers, product teams, relationship/account managers, etc. No direct reports.
    • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
    • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
    • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
    • Experience in securities or financial services preferred

    Data Analysis & Administration

    • Develop and drive standard User & Data Maintenance practices and protocols to ensure data quality and data integrity
    • Manage the data needed for all Investment Services and Global Client Management reporting/analytics to ensure consistency in reporting
    • Lead data quality efforts that best support key KPIs
    • Perform a variety of data cleansing measures including archiving obsolete data, reassigning data ownership, merging duplicate data etc.

    User & Data Administration

    • Manage user set up by applying the appropriate access controls, security rights, roles and permissions
    • Manage and track license allocation by Line of Business
    • Manage the timely removal and/or reassignment of user access for staff leaving/changing roles
    • Consult with business stakeholders at all levels within the organization to ensure new and departing user access and data is correctly set-up and assigned

    Case Management

    • Manage and resolve simple cases within the prescribed SLA or reassign complex cases to appropriate CRM Relationship Manager
    • Perform minor configuration changes to resolve cases
    • Complete data entry tasks and requests including data mapping, data transfers, data quality review, exception management and testing.
    • Minimum of two (2) years work experience supporting CRM systems (Salesforce or MS Dynamics)
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
    • CRM certified administrator is preferred (Salesforce or MS Dynamics)
