Boeing Information Security (IS) organization is looking for a System and Data Analyst to be part of our BIETC team. This position will be responsible to ensure compliance with the Global Security Policies, as well as the compliance with regulatory requirements. Join our organization and leverage your knowledge in System Integration and Cyber Security to provide guidance and support to our service development teams.
Key activities may require collaborating with Global teams who develops and/or advises on a broad range of compliant information security and data protection requirements to ensure our services meet the business requirements. The main responsibilities of this role is to manage the IT Security requirements covering all IT Security and governance topics, including compliance assessments and reviews. This role will interact with various IT and Business teams to ensure implementation of compliance with Global and Regional security policies.
Personable, energetic System and Data Analyst with 6 years of experience in Information Security requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. Resourceful, adaptable, quick learner with an engaging personality and positive attitude.
Position Responsibilities:
- An SME in supporting the Domains through multiple compliance areas (Compliance Audits, Cyber Security, SOX controls and others)
- Supporting Internal audits, completing gap analysis and read across of any findings
- Assuring Application Lifecycle Management
- Understanding of the risk management methodology, with some knowledge/experience of the Operational Risk Framework
- Perform Compliance Audits for enterprise wide applications
- Perform Vulnerability Scans and be a SME for Vulnerability Assessment and Management
- Helping to develop colleagues by, expertise and specialist knowledge
- Supporting the application controls and constantly reviewing, to ensure full compliance to all policies and regulatory obligations
- Implementation of Industry standard software cybersecurity processes
- Collaboration with Global Trade Controls and other Boeing Business Units to maintain compliance and mitigate risk
- An ability to understand and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of risks, controls and processes from a technology compliance viewpoint
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to priorities and multitask
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work with multiple personality types

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience as System and Data Analyst
- Perform IT Security Awareness and Trainings

Audit ProgramsAssist end-to-end in Internal Audits, Regulatory Audits and Sox Audits
Engage in Cyber Drills, Red Team exercises - Vulnerability Assessment and Scans
- Penetration Testing
- IT Compliance Audit
- IT Risk and General Controls
- IT Security / Cyber Security / Cyber Risk Management
- In-depth understanding of IT Security technologies and concepts
- Experience with information security management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance practices
- Experience in the policy and regulatory environment of information security
- Experience with information security policy and program development and administration is desirable
Typical Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 5 or more years’ related work experience and/or a Master’s degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience
