Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (level 3 or 4) to support the Manufacturing and Safety Core Data Analytics Team with a primary location in Everett or Renton, Washington.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Experienced and Senior Business Intelligence Analysts. You will help with the design, implementation & support of our data systems, reporting solutions, dashboards, and automated metrics. You will work closely with Manufacturing and many other functions to craft and implement architecture, tools, and processes needed to provide insightful analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision making.
Position Responsibilities:

Develop data solutions end-to-end, from collecting requirements from manufacturing stakeholders to partnering with the core team and other analysts to implement.

Build actionable and user-friendly dashboards – using Tableau or other tools – to surface business performance

Ensure data quality always meets our standards, by monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and crafting solutions.

Translate data and insights into a meaningful story to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at an executive level.

This is a hybrid position with a combination of on-site and remote work. You will need to reside in the local area and be available to report on-site multiple days of the week.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.).

1+ years of experience in developing and maintaining scripts.

1+ years of experience building intuitive and actionable Tableau dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-
3+ years of experience with manufacturing and production process/ data.

1+ years of experience with programming languages such as R, Python, SAS or Java.
-
1+ years of experience with website development and design.
-
1+ years of experience in a role that required outstanding communication & collaboration skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with team members from non-technical disciplines.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years’ related work experience, 9 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range:
Experienced: $94,350-$127,650
Senior: $119,850-$162,150
