Boeing
Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-level Staff Analyst to join the 737 MAX Business Operations Team based in Renton, Washington.

This position will support the 737 MAX Business Operations Team. The successful candidate will provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. In addition, they will develop and maintain project schedules, track execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.


Position Responsibilities
:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials.

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

  • Develops and deploys localized training content.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

  • 3+ years’ experience developing plans and supporting employee related activities and initiatives (all manager meetings; all-team meetings, employee survey action plans etc.).

  • 3+ years’ of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

  • 3+ years working with Executive Leadership.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years working in a manufacturing environment.

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $79,050 – $106,950
