The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Information Technology & Data Analytics Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ.
Position Responsibilities:

Providing Project Management, operational and administrative support for the Enterprise Badging Office

Develop, document and communicate plans for badge system installation, testing, troubleshooting and training purposes

Develop and deliver operational metrics, process documentation, presentations and training materials, using expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Work with peers, customers and business partners, at all levels, to process requests and determine and implement solutions for badging system processes, hardware and software
-
Function as a liaison between the customers and other company and external organizations

Act as subject matter expert for Boeing Secure Badge and Enterprise System for Temporary Badging system support, enterprise-wide

Provide operational guidance and technical support for functionality and operations processes for all badge office locations, enterprise-wide

Interface regularly with Business Partners

Lead and participate on teams related to badging systems, equipment, and processes

Collaborate with management, functional and cross-functional teams regarding enterprise badge planning, development and improvement activities

Take initiative to resolves problems and implement improvement processes that require integration across functions to enhance badging operations.

Provide export compliance verification support for virtual only Non-Boeing employee
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Mesa, AZ.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
-
Experience with delegation, task monitoring, and facilitating successful workflows using standard operating procedures
-
Experience working both independently and in team environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with communicating, writing and briefing to all levels of staff

Motivated individual who is a self-starter, a cooperative team player, and who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $79,050 – $106,950
