The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst (Level 4) to join the Airplane Systems Integration – Engineering Operations Team in Everett, Washington!

This position is assigned to AP Systems Integration – Engineering Operations team to provide metrics and analytics support to AP Systems Engineering Leadership and AP Systems Design Center teams to define requirements, establish business planning processes, and develop critical metrics that align with One Boeing Production System and Engineering priorities.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works with AP systems leadership teams to define requirements for predictive metrics and analysis regarding the engineering value stream

  • Leads development of new metrics and practical information to improve productivity, increase quality, and lower cost

  • Leads data analyses for purpose of opportunity identification and prioritization and recommends process improvement projects

  • Evolves data analysis methods; to guide AP Systems to continually advance in analytics maturity; Descriptive -> Diagnostic -> Predictive -> Prescriptive data analysis and automation

  • Provides visibility and awareness of data analytics processes and tools and lead implementation of data analytic platforms within design center engineering teams

  • Engineering process domain knowledge preferred

  • Ability to identify and create qualitative or quantitative measures of success and failure. Ability to select the key parameters and develop standards to monitor progress, provide updates of performance, and plot trends over time.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in collecting, organizing, ensuring accuracy, and interpreting data from multiple sources

  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics, including metric creation and development, and metric automation

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational environment

  • 1+ years of experience supporting projects for Executives or Senior Leadership

  • 3+ years expertise in creating dashboards and using dashboard tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Tableau, and other Data Analytics tools).

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • 3+ years of experience in project management


Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $109,650 – $148,350
