The Boeing Company’s is currently seeking a Senior Program Support Analyst (Level 4) to join the Boeing Global Services Maintenance Engineering team in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Program Support Analyst will partner with leaders in Boeing Global Services Maintenance Engineering to lead the development, planning and execution of related initiatives, projects, and sustaining activities in support of operational excellence commitments. This position requires strong analytical, communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and integration skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports planning and management of business unit resources

  • Participates in coordination of workspaces, workstations and other equipment needs

  • Executes analysis of data on business unit projects, schedule performance, quality and customer satisfaction

  • Provides reports to business unit’s management

  • Maintains meetings between program management and project managers

  • Maintains staffing requirements for programs and the associated reports

  • Provides budget forecast/actuals comparison and analysis

  • Participates in business unit budget planning and tracking of performance

  • Provides administrative support to management for business unit and general coordination of the activities

  • Organization and coordination of business meetings per business unit management guidance

  • Development and maintenance of operating rhythm for the business unit

  • Ensure organizational charts are current


This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.


This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years of experience collaborating across functions & organizations

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from various sources, performing analysis and presenting data


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associate’s degree or higher

  • Excellent analytical and communications skills

  • Experience with project management and/or program management

  • Experience using Tableau

  • Experience supporting senior management

  • 3+ years of experience in accessing multiple databases and data sources to uncover trends & find root causes

  • 3+ years of experience developing presentations, information decks, briefings, and meeting facilitation

  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level


Typical Education/Experience:

Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $110,500 – $149,500
