Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Analyst to join our F-15 Supply Chain team in Berkeley, Missouri.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities.
- Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems.
- Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
- Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations.
- More than 1 year of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.
- Experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 1 year of experience with COGNOS.
- More than 1 year of experience in program management within supplier management.
- More than 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Summary pay range: $54,400 – $73,600
