Job Location: McLean, VA
Key Role:
Lead, design, and implement analytic market intelligence frameworks in support of business capture efforts across the firm’s Army, Aerospace, Cybersecurity, and Digital Battlespace markets. Lead competitive assessments, market assessments, black hats, budget analysis, and strategic planning efforts in support of market growth and development and create or enhance go-to-market strategies. Perform extensive market and competitive research and analysis through both primary and secondary data sources. Generate and supply analytical content and findings in various presentation formats. Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the operationalization of the analytical outputs. Lead complex market research efforts with an aim of driving and helping executive-level decisions in a market. Perform varying levels of support for capture processes, as needed. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with designing and leading market research and analysis activities, including in the Federal Government Services market
- Experience with Federal spend data from FPDS, BGOV, GovWin, or USASpending
- Experience with deriving insights from market analyses to solve complex problems and formulate client strategies and recommendations
- Experience with presenting comprehensive analyses to leadership teams
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with developing internal and external professional networks
- Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with the USASpending.org, Govwin, SAM.gov, and other government or third-party resources
- Possession of excellent research and analytical skills demonstrated in a functional role

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 65,000 to 75,000.
