IT Business Analyst, Junior
The Challenge:

By serving as a liaison between our clients and the development team, you conduct research, identify business and system requirements, and solve problems to business challenges.
As a business analyst, you will leverage your domain expertise and stakeholder relationships to achieve goals, analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and communicate them to clients. We are looking for a business analyst to join our team and unlock insights to take our clients to the next level. Not only will you be helping clients to solve business challenges, but you will also be building trusted relationships with your client. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:
- Experience with developing requirements, performing system analysis, and system implementation
- Experience with developing user stories and epics, including creating mockups
- Experience with analyzing requirements for IT products, systems, and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams
- Experience working with teams of architects, developers, and content strategists to identify clients’ business needs, gather requirements, and develop user stories
- Experience with implementing project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Experience in engaging with executive customers and decision makers
- Ability to leverage verbal and written expertise to present to clients
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience with enterprise lifecycle management methodologies
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and cloud products and services
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity as part of a cohesive team
- Ability to develop creative solutions to novel problems

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 80,000.
