The Challenge

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their national security clients the right answers. As a Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT) Analyst, you will use your specialized experience and application to develop technical reports, intelligence products, and analytical assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence they need to drive the mission. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.

As a TechELINT analyst, you will apply your signals analysis processes to help collect and analyze complex data. You will unlock the esoteric characteristics of SIGINT and non-SIGINT data to help drive operations against the most challenging mission requirements supporting warfighters, protecting national security and informing national leaders. You will fuse ELINT data with various intelligence disciplines for analytical reports, coordinate with collection managers and intelligence production analysts to recommend the need for new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies, collaborate with national and tactical collection, analysis, reporting, and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirements.

You Have:

  • 9+ years of experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)

  • 3+ years of experience with electronic intelligence (ELINT) technical analysis

  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team setting

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with signal analysis, Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with signal analysis, or Master’s degree


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in evaluating and improving tools for collection, analysis, and processing

  • Experience with specialized tools, including community mapping tools

  • Knowledge of client requirements and oversight policies

  • Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and enable system accuracy improvements

  • Graduate of 2810, 3810, 4810, 450, 451, or other signals analysis courses


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 80,000 to 100,000.
