2-4 years of experience in commercial software development & data science for medium to large scale deployments. Must have worked on multi domain and wide range of technologies and hands-on on leading technologies. Quick learner and passionate to drive the programs through technical strengths.
Tasks
o Research & Development of Algorithms in the area of ML, NLP, NLU and Text Analytics
o Work closely with the research & product teams to investigate the approach & develop professional grade software for Business Units
o Study & extend the Open Source frameworks in ML & NLP, Analytics for suitable requirements
o Grasp and learn from the on job assignments in the area of research, suggest innovative approaches & work independently
o Own the complete pipeline with Data Engineering activities
o Benchmarking with SOTA models and extend/improve the results by closely working with domain experts and senior researchers.
Requirements
o In Depth knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms and that are used in NLP and NLU
o Conceptual and hands on experience in using and implementing Deep Learning architectures like CNN, RNN and its various flavors.
o Strong knowledge in Data Structures
o Expert in Production Deployment and Development using python
o In depth knowledge of python libraries like NumPy, SciKit, Pandas etc.
o Production experience on know-how of SDLC/Agile development
o Strong Mathematics w.r.t Machine Learning and Deep Learning
o Experience in extending functionalities from Open-Source projects
o Experience in working as or along with Research Team shall be an added advantage
o BE/BTech or ME/MTech/MS in CSE / E&C
Technical Skills and Competency:
o Excellent in Python programming skill is a MUST
o Hands on experience in Python in Production is mandatory
o R knowledge would be an added advantage
o Experience in NLTK,Spacy,Spark ML shall be an added advantage
o Knowledge of WebServices /SoA/RESTful Services and Semantics shall be an added advantage
o Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
BE/MS/M.Tech (Electronics, Computer Science or related)
Additional Information
Selected candidate can work remotely during the pandemic times, however, he/she has to shift the base to Bangalore when normalcy returns.
