Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field (mandatory)
- Master’s degree in stats, applied math, or related discipline (Preferred)
- Professional Certifications in Data Science and ML ( Azure, AWS, AutoML Platforms) (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience applying Machine Learning techniques
Key Requirements (Work Experience)
- 2+ years’ experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques(in R, Python), data processing, database programming and data analytics

- Experienced in End-to-End Machine Learning workflow which includes activities like Data Collection, Feature Engineering and Data transformation, Model training and deploying models in production
- Experience in designing and developing ML algorithms ( Kernel Method, Ensemble Method, Semi- Supervised, Reinforcement Learning)
- Experience in Deep Learning techniques using frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, etc.
- Mathematical derivation and optimization of algorithms
- Experienced in Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI)
- Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
- Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
- Experience in AutoML Platforms including DataRobot and Dataiku and Matlab is preferred
- Experinced in ML Ops and CI/CD Pipeline development and execution
Mandatory/Preferred Language Skills:
Mandatory:
- Machine Learning – Statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) , familiarity with Scala and Java is an asset
- ML Libraries and Frameworks – like Tensorflow,PyTorch, Keras, Scikit Learn, MLLib
- Experience with Excel, python programming languages
Experience in Cloud ML Platforms and Python Data frameworks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate and contriute towards data strategy, identify and integrate new datasets and work closely with the engineering team to strategize and execute end-to-end AI projects
- Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables
- Data mining and statistical analysis techniques(in R, Python and Java), data processing, database programming and data analytics
- Design and develop ML algorithms (such as Bayes’sche Methods, Kernel Method, Ensemble Method, Semi- Supervised, Reinforcement Learning)
- Drive End-to-End Machine Learning workflow which includes activities like Data Collection, Feature Engineering and Data transformation, Model training and deploying models in production
- Monitor Model performance , accuracy and other key features to enable robust model management
- Devise and utilize machine learning algorithms and models to mine big data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve models, and clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy
- Analyze data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data with a clear objective in mind
- Implement analytical models into production by collaborating with software developers and machine learning engineers.
- Participation in customer requirement workshops, consultation, discussion with OEMs, coordination with customer / Bosch team for work package execution
- Support User Acceptance testing, Go-Live, Post Go-live as needed for the work packages
- Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems

BE / B.Tech / MCA
Additional Information
Good to have skiils
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, and other data science programming languages
- Experience in Cloud ML Platforms – Azure ML, AWS Kinesis and GCP Vertex AI
- Data frameworks – Hadoop
