The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative DevOps/ NOC Trainee Engineers to join our team in Bangalore.
Role & responsibilities
- Enterprise Banking has more than 20 clients spread across US, which requires strong Monitoring & Alerting. (Tools like PagerDuty, ELK stack, Warden, APM, Query Exporters Prometheus & Grafana).
- Creating & Maintaining Centralized NOC Confluence Page.
- Infra and Log Monitoring of Kubernetes containers, troubleshooting issues on K8s nodes.
- Maintaining the SOP and Instructions to resolve the issues in sync with Sr. DevOps team.
- Monitoring Integrated systems like Premier, OFX, CFRM, ACH, NGI++ etc.
- Monitoring Certificates on Application both internal & External.
- Application Components Restarts in case of any issue.
- Monthly Maintenance support for all environments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge & Inclination towards Linux is a must. Different flavors of Linux would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Linux networking commands, Search pattern basic. – Advanced commands in Linux would be an added advantage.
- Docker Containers & Kubernetes knowledge.
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab)
- Elastic Stack or OpenSearch Stack and ELK Warden, APM, Query Exporters.
- Programming skills and knowledge of at least one language (Bash, Python)
- Proficient with Git and Git workflow.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), documentation and organizational skills
- Background knowledge in Databases (Oracle & PostgreSQL)
Experience and Education:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates must have a BE/B.tech in CSE, ECE, or IT, with a minimum of 70% or a 7.0 CGPA, graduated in 2022/23/24.
