Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst who will deliver insights to the broader marketing team that will improve performance in engagement and pipeline generation worldwide. You will have the unique opportunity to architect frameworks and models that use data from multiple systems of record to identify opportunities for growth, measure return on investment, and make a meaningful impact to the trajectory of the company.
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you ll get to:
- Analyze marketing program performance and consistently present improvement recommendations.
- Own dashboards and reporting for pipeline generation and account engagement metrics.
- Build custom models that can forecast results against proposed investment levels.
- Set targets for various programs and geographies, based on available resources.
- Analyze conversion rates from qualified leads to opportunities and investigate opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Design lead scoring models that leverage 1st and 3rd party metadata and signals that enable our sales development team to focus on the best leads.
- Lead the team through quarterly and annual planning cycles, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Extract insights from product usage data to enable production of externally-facing marketing materials.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all measurement amongst the team.
Youll be a good fit if you have:
- Bachelor s degree.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a Business Intelligence capacity or with strong direct alignment to marketing and field sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including basic understanding of SQL.
- A track record of storytelling with data and presenting data in consumable formats.
- The ability to collaborate closely with departmental leaders to drive improvements in email marketing, advertising, events, etc.
- The drive and initiative to become the expert on data availability, accuracy, and insights by creating and institutionalizing best-practice reports and dashboards.
- Experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and tracking of full-funnel marketing metrics.
- Experience providing recommendations to stakeholders on program and campaign investments based off KPIs.
- Organizational skills and a self-starter mentality.
- Strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn and improve.
- Strong intra-team communication skills and the ability to work with many stakeholders and engage cross-functional teams in both one-on-one and group settings.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience using tools and frameworks like Marketo, Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, Python, and ML/AI models for predicting lead quality.
- Knowledge of the mobile space, involvement in mobile growth or experience with mobile analytics and attribution.
