General Summary:
Brane Enterprises is looking for a highly self-driven, passionate Senior Solution Leader / Data Engineering Senior Manager will be part of the Machine Learning Leadership team focused on Data Analysis & Data Engineering, implement solutions for business users across various domains. Ensure Advanced analytics solutions based on ML / NLP / Analytics / Datawarehouse are scalable, reliable, and trustworthy for decision makers. Based on business problems and user personas conceptualize, collect the data, develop business data libraries, and integrate data sources and deliver strategic advanced analytics projects from design to execution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements for feasibility, develop project scope, schedule, and resource estimates, adhering to company software development methodology and standards.
- Leads data discovery processes with stakeholders to identify the business problems, requirements, opportunities, and the expected outcome.
- Proactively work with business users and source system analysts to understand and gain expertise in business process and data relationships.
- Design and develop actionable Analytical solutions that provide insights to decision makers
- Proficiency in Data identification, preparation, data mining, integrating data from different sources structured and unstructured, and write data integration scripts
- Identifies what data is available and relevant, including internal and external data sources, leveraging new data collection processes such as transactional data, image and voice datasets
- Collaborates with Business users and subject matter experts to select the relevant sources of information.
- Makes strategic recommendations on data collection, integration and retention requirements incorporating business requirements and knowledge of best practices.
- Develops innovative and effective approaches to solve analytics problems and communicates results and methodologies.
- Analyze the solution impact on existing systems and process, and work with various teams to finalize the scope and depth of testing required for production deployment.
- Work with Testing & Validation team to secure the data. Work with the System, Database, and Application Administrators to ensure that application performs within the defined performance parameters.
- Set up and Adhere to the organizational development process and standards.
Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors in related curriculum such as Information Systems, Data Science, Data lake , Datawarehouse or similar field with 8 – 12 years overall experience
- Ability to design complex systems and translate business user requirements into business solutions with a focus on data
- Ability to Understand data sources, data analysis and data engineering to support data science
- Experience with ETL & ELT Data Engineering Capabilities
- Experience with Dimensional Data Model Design is a Big Plus
- Experience with Talend / Informatica Tools is required
- Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology will be a big plus
- Ability to analyze simulation results, develop technical reports and presentations and guide business and technical leaders on suitable data analysis strategy.
- Should be passionate about data science and technology and stay abreast with industry trend and technology roadmap in the areas of Data Analytics, Data warehousing, Datamarts, Machine Learning, Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Big Data and Data Science.
- API Development Experience
- A process- oriented, Continuous process improvement driven, with strong project management skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with product development teams.
