Job Location: Saint Louis, MO
Primary Responsibilities
- SAP based projects to include ad-hoc reporting and analytics
- Act as Missouri’s Webi (SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence) super user – liaison between corporate BI team and local market to drive Webi usage throughout the organization
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Operations, Training, and Sales) to resolve business issues and enhance efficiencies across the organization
- Develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards, that will support business needs
- Execute and distribute reoccurring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Design and produce ad hoc and user created reports incorporating multiple systems on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and support requests for ad-hoc analysis for various sales leaders
- Complete complex data analysis projects to support a variety of initiatives using advanced excel skills and presenting findings in PowerPoint.
- Research and anticipate analytical needs of division including competitor analysis, strategy support, and GAP analysis. Produces high level insights with back up detail for recommendations.
- Provide reports and analyses on as-needed basis for meetings and business reviews
- Assist with the development and implementation of data collection and reporting tools
- Responsible for a variety of ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
- Know, understand, and abide by all Federal and State laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages
- Understand and comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding the sale and promotion of assigned products
- Attend, participate, and complete all company regulatory and required trainings
- May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Windows environment. Specifically, with Excel, as numerous analyses and spreadsheet projects are expected, and required to achieve success in the position
- Experience with D365, SAP, Business Objects, Webi (Web Intelligence) Diver, or other related programs is preferred
- Must have a clear driving record in accordance with Breakthru Beverage Missouri’s Driving Policy
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
- 2 years of analyst experience
- Experience in a sales reporting environment
- Proficiency in MS Office with advance Excels skills
- Strong analytical and business planning skills
- Good Multi-tasking and organizational skills
