Where you’ll work:

Our hybrid workplace model offers the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Charlotte, NC, Morristown, NJ, Boston, MA or Tampa, FL.

How you will contribute:

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for…

  • Leading & participating in sessions with internal business partners, technology teams and external partners, to gather, document, review and analyze both business & technical requirements.
  • Providing oversight of requirement testing, use case development and traceability throughout project management lifecycle
  • Translating business processes, procedures, metadata and test scenarios into functional and non-functional requirements, for technical teams to facilitate the stand up of enterprise technology solutions that meet IT standards.
  • Acting as the liaison between technology and business teams to provide insight into project plans, resource needs, and timelines.
  • Facilitating clear and concise written and verbal communication with all levels of internal, third party and technical project teams
  • Researching, communicating, escalating, and helping drive resolution for project challenges


In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Provide technical BA and post production implementation support in delivering solutions for designated business unit. In this role you will support the CAO (Compliance, Legal, Risk and Audit) however, experience with these business units is not required.
  • Lead or participate on technology project teams to initiate, plan, execute and support solutions for Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Audit
  • Produce required communication and documentation to support enterprise technology solutions
  • Maintain productive working relationships with all business, technology partners and third-party vendors in assigned enterprise space
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines, while ensuring that all required parties are engaged, and key deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Work with test lead and business teams to develop a common test plan for each project, document the required test cases, test data, and requirements traceability matrix
  • Follow thru to completion all assigned tasks from enterprise and project leaders throughout software solution standup and ongoing lifecycle
  • Must be proficient in utilizing the following tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
  • Track and monitor project risk and issues, ensures that key issues and risks are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
  • Lead projects conforming to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes under the direction of Project Leader
  • Produce and maintain required documentation in defined document repositories (Rally, ServiceNow, Bizzdesign, etc.), for status reporting, incident management, demand management, testing, design, support, etc.


We’re looking for people who have:

  • Prior BA Project Management experience delivering and supporting technology solutions to multiple business units / internal key stakeholders
  • Has working knowledge in some of the following areas Compliance Reporting, AML, BSA, SOX, GLBA, or FINRA
  • Excellent communicator, conflict and problem solver
  • Self-driven ability to understand, uncover, resolve and recommend options to solve complex business issues with technology solutions
  • Software development methodology experience (SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Advanced management of requirement development, testing approach and planning skill and tool set to support SaaS based solution execution
  • Ability to produce and decipher complex technical use cases, user stories, process flows, diagraming, data analysis, data mapping, interfaces, reporting and testing activities on web and hosted technologies
  • In-depth understanding of application development and/or technical acumen
  • Developed understanding of enterprise technical landscape (insurance background a plus)
  • Ability to successfully interface with all roles of technical solution stand up projects and programs
  • Flexible team player with proven track record driving and delivering successful technology solutions
  • At least 5 years of prior BA or Project Management experience
