Where you’ll work:
Our hybrid workplace model offers the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Charlotte, NC.

How you’ll contribute:
As a Senior IT Operations Analyst in the Postproduction support team, you’ll be responsible for leading the incident management process for multiple applications and insurance products across the technology landscape and its associated partners. You’ll help prioritize issues, track vendor resource allocations, and provide visibility to risks. You will also get the opportunity to make operational process improvements and practices that drive excellence.

Individuals in this role act as individual contributors, requiring minimal oversight or direction and have a desire to continuously improve their performance and skill development while also motivating others through their interactions.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Run weekly meetings with Technology and Business partners to review and prioritize open issues
  • Support hyper care management for our large-scale technology transformations
  • Track and manage third party vendor deployments with support of business partners
  • Maintain close partnerships with technology, business, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure proper ITSM processes are adhered to.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience with IT Operations
  • Software development methodology experience (agile and/or waterfall)
  • Developed understanding of enterprise technical landscape (insurance background a plus)
  • Experience with IT Service Management and using ServiceNow for request, incident, problem, change and asset management
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project to help convey ideas, track milestones and develop metrics to report on
  • Strong project management kills
  • Superior problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Proven people management and relationship building experience
  • Enjoys working in a growth oriented, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment
  • Relevant certification(s) preferred – ITIL, PMP
